When people first start planning a trip, the conversation usually begins with the destination. Where do you want to go? I like to begin somewhere different. I want to know what kind of experience you're hoping to have.
The destination absolutely matters. So does the experience. The two aren't separate; they shape each other. The same place can feel completely different depending on how you experience it. A wine region isn't only about the wines you taste. A golf destination isn't only about the courses you play. A river cruise isn't only about where the ship docks.
It's the pace, the people you meet, the moments between the planned activities, and how everything comes together that make the journey memorable. That's why I don't begin by building an itinerary. I begin by getting to know you.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Travel is about connection: to the world, to others, and to yourself. Every journey I design begins with how you want to feel, not simply where you want to go.
Whether it is a morning round on a Portuguese golf course, a river journey through Europe's waterways, or an intimate wine experience through Spain and Portugal, each is shaped to be felt, not simply visited.
What stays with you is rarely the itinerary itself. It is the conversation that lingers, the place that feels unexpectedly familiar, or the quiet realization that you were exactly where you wanted to be. Those moments rarely happen by accident. They are shaped through thoughtful design long before you arrive.
